Political Satire

Sarah was the creator and editor-in-chief of the satirical web publication, Free Wood Post, with a readership of over 25 million. Free Wood Post is a News Satire website. It was an online satirical take on current affairs featuring fake stories about politics, pop culture, and the marketplace. The website had been emerging and growing since the fall of 2011 and has been featured and debunked by several sources including; Snopes.com, Forbes.com, UrbanLegends.about.com, as well as several others. Free Wood Post had a readership of over 25 million views and counting, hosting over 20 writers.

Political Writer

Since November of 2010, Sarah has been conveying her opinions to the world of Facebook. What started as just a way to get her political opinions off her personal Facebook page snowballed into a following of over 72K, and 24K on Twitter. She discusses everything from domestic to foreign policy, misgivings of those inside the DC Beltway, and basically anything that comes to mind.

Sarah has also worked with top tier political campaigns , including Team Pelosi, creating social media content including graphics and video.
